While they might not mean anything in the long run, first week sales show who has the power and who is the most relevant. Rihanna has 11 #1 singles and still can’t score a #1 album and/or outsell her contemporaries’ first week sales. That’s kind of pathetic considering she is *supposedly* one of the “biggest poptars on the planet.”
