I highly doubt it means Nothing On But The Radio. I’m pretty sure he was just saying NO. I just have a strong feeling it’s not on the next album.
Do you guys even follow these people or follow Gaga and/or what she does or says? Dave has been dropping hints and clues for months before anyone even knew who he was. Before Gaga mentioned him, he had, like, 300 followers. The guy isn’t retarded. He knows what he’s doing.
