I saw the original of this on my dash and I just don’t understand why anyone would think this was real. First thing’s first, whoever made this clearly just wanted to start a flame war between GaGa fans and Adele fans and for some reason people have this mindset that the entertainment industry is somehow about picking sides so of course it erupted from there. ALSO, if you take the time to stop and think about these two people, it is very hard to believe that either of them would PUBLICLY say something like that about one another. Then if you looked up the interviews those GIFs are taken from, you would find that no such thing happens in either interview. So I have one point of advice to anyone who sees the original of this post or any other posts claiming outlandish and shocking quotes or “facts.” Do your research.
Sidenote: I feel like attacking other artists or fans of those artists is pointless, kinda ignorant, and overall just makes you seem like a pretentious jerk. It’s totally fine to be a fan of something and to be passionate about it, but insult wars never end well and they never change anyone’s mind. They only solidify the persons original thoughts. I mean, I know I’ve done it too, but I’m trying to be not judgemental of other people’s tastes because they could say the same things about mine.
Uh, yeah, it did happen. I wouldn’t have made the top GIF if it hadn’t of happened. This is libel. Stop spreading lies.
